I love the figure - so fun and can do any pose! I’m hoping it’ll help with drawing skills. My only minor complaint is that I’m oldish and my grip strength isn’t great so I had to use pliers on a couple joints to connect them, but that’s just me. I guess I didn’t realize assembly was required, and being oldish, I would have liked paper instructions, but the online ones were fine and assembly was easy. I love it and think it’s a fun, great tool for all kinds of artists. The design of it is amazing! Very happy I bought it!!

I’ve been wanting one of these for a long time and finally pulled the trigger. Overall, love it and very cool and I’ve been playing with the poses, which are super easy to work with. Assembly was simple, watching the video was very helpful. I might get the extra hands because three fingers and a thumb don’t quite do it although I understand the space limitations. My only other gripe, if I had to pick one, would be the head and neck are a little looser than the rest of the ball joints. I’m hoping that it doesn’t break down overtime and get floppy.

I bought this as an aid to figure drawing, and found it almost good enough for that application, but ultimately disappointing. For emotional impact, figure drawing relies disproportionately on the head and hands. Both are problematic with Stickybones.
With the hands, the main problem is that the figure is simply too small. It's not just that it's awkward to pose, though it can be; The entire figure is roughly the size of my hand, which can make that troublesome.
The greater problem is that in order to make the hands and feet contain their magnets (and, presumably, to make the hands big enough to maneuver the fingers at all), they made them much too big for the figure. And that's with the hands having only three fingers and a thumb on each. (Having only three fingers is also a bit of a fail from a figure drawing perspective.) But more generally, having certain body parts disproportionately makes it harder to draw properly.
For the head, the problem is that it is just so loose - on the first day out of the box - that it simply cannot be posed in certain positions (e.g. looking down with the head tilted to the side). You set the position, let it go, and it drops right out of the pose.
Overall, for a plastic figure that costs over $80 on sale (with the stand), it's disappointing, especially since it seems like the weaknesses could mostly be remedied by starting with hands of the minimal workable size and making the figure proportional.

I am pleased with my sticky bones. I got a white sticky bones figure, flying rig, and the hands bundle. Assembly does give your fingers a work out. I had a very hard time snapping the feet together but got it done. My only complaint is the hands bundle is a different color from the figure (the hands only come in a gray color apparently).

There is much to like with the Stickybones, but also much to improve on. As an artist, I would prefer to see the hands and feet closer to human scale. An overall larger figure - twice as tall - would be better for my needs, and would make it possible for the hands and feet to be to made to proper scale and would also make the whole thing more robust.
