This is my second stickybones figure, and as someone who uses them as pose references for drawing, they're exactly what I wanted. A great amount of pose freedom, able to express all of the exaggerations I'm looking for in a pose reference. Particularly happy with the consistency between the two I've purchased being identical.
If I had to change one thing(if possible), it would be that the finger bones are a little too easy to accidentally pop out of the joints, however when handled with care, it's not an issue. The finger joints themselves are well made enough that it's not truly an issue.
Alongside the general quality, with regular use, they have a surprising sturdiness that lowers any of my concerns for mishandling. With the extensive posable freedom and exaggerations in size on the right pieces, it's very clear that these are made with a solid understanding of their use.
I could see myself continuing to buy more in the future, as the first one was already such a boon for my illustrations that I bought a second one.

The product itself is great, some pieces were hard to a symbol, specifically the feet, but im sure that's to keep parts in set positions. I love this color (white frost) it helps my eyes a bit. I don't have anything really negative to say about the product. My shipping time was about 2 week though, there was a valid hold up on my product but it wasn't communicated until 2-3 days after I emailed them (it was the stickybones anniversary, so I can understand the hold up).

It's cool, it makes me think about poses in a way I didn't even consider. Even just playing around with it gives you a better sense of posing in 3D space and being able to imagine poses from different angles. I love the model, I kind of wish the pelvis to leg joints where bit stiffer and the not sure about the design choice for the wrist anatomy. But overall I'm really glad I bought it, loved the box and putting it together and it's already helped me a lot.

I love this! I found it in a Youtube video, and have wanted one ever since. The joints are a bit hard to connect and the heels and toes were in fact, so hard, that my dad had to use pliers to shove the two togther. But I am amazed by how well it holds itself up! I can even stick it on my fridge, like in the picture. It's really cool and I can do lots of things and poses with it, but fingers and joints can pop out a bit easy.

Easy to put together - apart from the heel and toes, which were super hard to connect (so hard, in fact, I think they should be done prior to shipping). I am in my 4th year of college, majoring in Illustration. I am specifically studying to go into visual development/concept art. I have a very traditional art background, so while I can draw figures from live models and photos, I can’t do it well from my imagination. Searching for reference online and taking reference of myself takes a lot of time and limits the poses, lighting, and angles I’m able to get.
I wish I had bought these years ago. I’ve used them for two days and they have made my ideation process so much more efficient and enjoyable. I can create a pose I have an idea for, then adjust and rotate the model till I get the clearest and most interesting silhouette in a fraction of the time it’d take me to draw a bad and inaccurate version of that pose from my head. Then I can actually explore a character’s design instead of fighting to get a pose right.
I wanted some simple fabric information so I cut out some cheap fabric and made a cloak with ties, saftey pins, and paper clips to hold the folds in place. I also found that my metal clay tools can be used as great sword stand-ins since the palms are magnetized!

Assembly went well and after he was all put together, I worked his joints around for a bit and now he’s all ready to start his adventure. Sticky Bones is really well made and so much fun! I'm greatly impressed with the design of my Stickybones figure, as well as the immense versatility. I searched for a long time for a reasonable miniature model to help practice more dynamic poses for characters in my drawings.
